🔄 Refund & Returns Policy
1. What Can Be Returned
We accept returns on unused, unopened, and sealed items within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be:

In original packaging

With all seals intact
-
In the same condition you got them
Gently mistaken purchases happen. That’s life.
No returns on:

Items that have been opened, worn, used, or unsealed

Items without original packaging/seals
-
Personal hygiene products once seal is broken (sorry, health and safety)
-
Gift cards
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

Email us at support@cupidstoysrus.com within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
Returns without an RMA won’t be accepted. That’s just how paperwork works.
3. Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made a mistake.
Ship items back securely and with tracking. If the item doesn’t arrive, we can’t process your refund.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the policy:

We issue a refund to your original payment method

Expect processing within 7–10 business days

Shipping costs are not refundable (unless we sent you the wrong or defective item)
5. Defective or Wrong Items
If we messed up — wrong product, damaged, or defective:

We’ll cover return shipping and fix it
6. Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item:

Return the original for a refund

Place a new order (we wish inventory management wasn’t so finicky)
7. Refund Exceptions
If you’re trying to return something outside the 30-day window or that doesn’t meet the policy criteria, we won’t magically approve it. By all means, ask, but don’t be surprised when we stick to policy.
